WHAT IS ADAS?
ADAS includes a wide range of safety features for vehicles such as autonomous emergency braking (AEB), lane departure warning (LDW), lane keep assist, night vision cameras and adaptive lighting.
ADAS CAMERA CALIBRATION
After windscreen removal or replacement, the ADAS Camera was removed off the old windscreen and placed onto the new one. This camera now needs Calibrating to its new position.
Adas Cameras are now becoming more and more prominant on our cars.
ADAS RADAR CALIBRATION
Radars can be located in various positions on your vehicle and if the Radar Module is knocked, bumped or removed, Radar Calibration will be a necessity. Commonly after bumper removal or repair or replacement of suspension items, body Realignment (Jigging) or a change in vehicle height through using different tyre sizes.
